I started with a brightly colored background mosaic in solid colors. On the second layer I added wild thin squiggley lines throughout. On the third layer I added thick sqiggley lines. I then selected closed shapes that were formed by the intersection of the thin squiggley lines and added colors to them. finally I manipulated the layers taking parts from one and adding them to another and so on to achieve this great result
